Because of its no beams and no purlins, open space, large spanning capacity, low cost, low investment, short construction period, economical and other characteristics, the arched roof has been widely used in stadiums, trade markets, exhibition halls, warehousing and logistics and other fields.
Due to the construction structure without beams and purlins and large space span, the arch roof requires high strength of colour coated boards.
Selection standard:
According to the size of the span of the arched roof, it is recommended to use the structural high-strength colour steel plate with the yield strength of 280-550Mp a for the base plate, and its grades are: TS280GD+Z~TS550GD+Z.
The base plate is coated with double-sided coating of not less than 120g/sqm, and the structure of the coating is generally two-coating and two-baking, and the thickness of the front coating is not less than 20μm and that of the back coating is not less than 10μm, and the front coating is not less than 10μm, and the type of coating can be selected according to the use environment and project cost.
According to the environment and project cost, we can choose to use PVDF fluorocarbon, SRP special reinforced polyester, HDP high weather resistance or ordinary PE polyester, and so on.
