Our colour coated aluminium production line adopts the whole line control system of Siemens from Germany. The core coating process adopts the world's advanced German roller coating technology and two-coating and two-baking hot air curing coating process, which can accurately control the coating thickness and curing quality.
 
Colour aluminium plate adopts neutral treatment agent in chemical treatment process, roller coating treatment and hot air fast drying process, which is different from ordinary dip coating chemical treatment, effectively eliminating the damage to the environment. Moreover, it adopts advanced chrome-free treatment solution for surface treatment, which meets the strict international environmental protection requirements.
