Galvanized Steel Coil: This thin steel sheet is dipped into a bath of dissolved zinc, which creates a zinc layer on the surface. The process primarily uses continuous galvanizing, immersing steel coils in a zinc bath to produce galvanized steel sheets and alloyed galvanized steel sheets. This hot-dip process heats the steel to 500ºC immediately after it leaves the zinc tank, forming an alloy film of zinc and iron. The resulting steel sheet has excellent coating adhesion and weldability.
