Printed color coated steel and aluminum coil
The printed color coated plate has decorative effects such as wood grain, brick grain, camouflage, marble, etc.
The printing color coated coils usually adopts the gravure printing process, which uses steel rollers for laser engraving of the required patterns to transfer the ink onto the surface of the steel plate.
To begin, the substrate undergoes pre-treatment including degreasing, cleaning, and passivation. Following this, a layer of color-matching primer is applied to the steel plate's surface. Depending on the application, the primer may be polyester, polyurethane, or another type of coating. After drying and baking the primer, ink printing commences, varying from single-color to multi-color based on pattern complexity. Once the ink is dried and baked, a topcoat is applied, which includes polyester, High Durable Polyester (HDP), fluorocarbon PVDF, or other types of paint coatings. Upon solidification of the primer, the entire production process for printed color-coated boards is completed through cooling, coiling, and shearing.
This process typically involves a two-coating and two-baking method. For higher requirements, such as fluorocarbon printed color-coated panels, a three-coating and three-baking process is recommended. This includes roller coating with polyurethane primer, followed by application of a matching color fluorocarbon topcoat, ink printing, and a final coat of fluorocarbon varnish.

Production Technology:
Our factory employs Germany's Siemens complete line control system for aluminum color coating production. The core painting process utilizes advanced German roll coating technology with a double-coating, double-hot air curing system to precisely control coating thickness and curing quality.
Environmental Considerations:
Chemical treatment of the aluminum involves a neutral treatment agent, roller coating, and a hot air rapid drying process, differing from conventional dip coating methods. This approach effectively minimizes environmental impact.
Furthermore, advanced chromium-free treatment liquids are used for surface treatment to meet stringent domestic and international environmental standards.
Environmental Sustainability:
During the curing process of the color coated aluminum, volatile components are captured for reuse, supported by an advanced VOC defluorination system that enhances heat energy utilization efficiency, achieving zero emissions and ensuring complete elimination of environmental pollution.

According to different environment and uses, we can choose the different appropriate resin coating.
1) Polyester(PE)
Good formability and adhesion, color is rich and various, superior durability in the outdoor, good chemical resistance
and low cost.
2) Silicon modified polyester(SMP)
Good wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as good exterior durability and resistance to pulverization, medium cost.
3) High durability polyester(HDP)
Anti-ultraviolet and excellent color retention, excellent resistance to pulverization, good adhesion, color is rich, good cost
performance.
4) Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)
Strong performance of anti-ultraviolet, can stand against strong change of weather for long time and erosion for many kinds
of chemical medium, excellent solvent resistance,dirty resistance, color is limited and high cost.
